The mission of the Consular Section of the Embassy is to protect the rights and interests of the citizens and institutions of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and to exercise official consular functions.
The Embassy provides consular services to all states except Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming.
